Dear JA - We need to talk. I was just sitting at home wondering why a charm I have in my bracelet is all tangled up and I noticed the silver loop is not your usual look. It is a double loop and there’s a gap. Now I have 5 charm bracelets. Every time I get enough of a theme I start a new bracelet so I have several charms that have been moved around a bit. Is this your new quality? Because it’s awful. I don’t like the loop, it doesn’t look like the others and now my bracelet doesn’t appear to be in the same quality. It looks like a hoop I could get down the street at the bead store. The gap does not look like it will keep my charm from falling off. I am pretty upset with your company right now. This quality is unacceptable. I am going back to the store on Weds because we have an ice storm here. And if it cannot be rectified I will stop shopping at JA. And trust me I am a regular shopper. Feel free to look up my account.
I have just noticed my garnet in my ring is chipped. What should I do to get it fixed? Replaced?

Hey there! I got a charm and bracelet right after Harvey. After frequent wear, I’m starting to see the copper between the links of the bracelet. It’s been only a few months... any advice?
